Here is a little information about our Band Potluck., Thursday, August 12th.
The schedule will be:
5:00 Band reports in uniform for picture ( in the stadium, or in gym if bad weather).
If you want individual pictures, perhaps come earlier
5:30 Marching Band Picture
5:45 Band Warm-up
6:00 Band Exhibition (stadium or in the gym)
6:15 Band changes clothes, Short meeting for all BAND PARENTS
6:30 Band Potluck- Last Names ending in A-M=Main dish, N-Z= Salad or desserts
Plates, forks, napkins and drinks will be provided.
7:00 Volunteer signup for Concessions, Chicken dinner, stadium pit crew. BRING YOUR CALENDERS.
Signup will be available at the Open House also.
